A graduate of the Physical Therapy program at the Academy of Physical Education and Sport in Gdańsk. On a daily basis, I specialize in manual therapy based on the Maitland concept, comprehensive temporomandibular joint therapy, medical training, and orthopedic rehabilitation—including post-traumatic and post-surgical rehabilitation.
In her work, she takes a holistic approach—she strives to view the patient’s problem as a whole, taking into account, among other things, body posture, movement patterns, and tensions that may affect not only the functioning of the temporomandibular joints but also the entire masticatory system. In the diagnostic process, he draws on his knowledge of medical semiology in the broadest sense, which allows him to more effectively identify the cause of a patient’s symptoms rather than merely alleviating them.
On a daily basis, he works with dentists, orthodontists, and prosthodontists to help patients with functional disorders of the stomatognathic system—such as pain in the lower jaw, upper jaw, or tension headaches.
I place great importance on patient education—especially regarding workplace ergonomics, proper posture, and movement habits. I believe that an informed patient is the key to effective and lasting therapy.
