Impladent Treatments Teeth in a Day

Modern Implant Dentistry in Gdańsk

A New Smile in Just One Day

Patients at the Impladent Clinic can enjoy a beautiful smile on the very day of their procedure. Thanks to digital treatment planning using CAD-CAM systems—which combine photographs, facial and dental scans, and CBCT scans—a design for the new teeth is created. The position of the implants is determined during the preparation phase, and a surgical guide and connecting components are created. On the day of the procedure, a temporary dental restoration made of durable PMMA resin or innovative graphene is fitted. As a result, the patient leaves the clinic with a new smile.

The entire treatment process takes place in stages, involving a team of implantologists, prosthodontists, and dental technicians.

Immediate Loading of Implants

The “Teeth in a Day” procedure is used both to replace single missing teeth and in cases of complete edentulism. It is always preceded by a thorough anatomical analysis to avoid complications. A soft diet is required during the first few weeks after the procedure, as the implants are fusing with the bone and must not be subjected to excessive stress.

Depending on the number of implants used, reconstructions are classified as:

· All-on-4,

· All-on-6,

· All on X.

These procedures make it possible to restore entire dental arches in just one day, while maintaining full functionality and aesthetics.

What does the “Teeth in a Day” procedure involve?

1 Step

Computed tomography (CT) imaging – assessment of bone conditions.

2 Step

Photo shoot, 3D scans – a design tailored to facial features.

3 Step

Combining photos, scans, and CT images in EXOCAD.

4 Step

Planning implant placement and 3D printing of a surgical guide.

5 Step

Designing a new smile in the CAD-CAM lab.

6 Step

The implant placement procedure is performed in the operating theatre or in the clinic

7 Step

Verification of implant positions using an optical scanner and 3D photogrammetry (the most accurate method of data collection).

9 Step

Screwing the pre-fabricated teeth onto the implants 3–4 hours after the procedure.

10 Step

The components used are made of titanium and graphene-reinforced PMMA resin

11 Step

This technology differs from standard solutions—instead of acrylic dentures that require a lot of adhesive, the patient receives a precisely fitted permanent restoration that is perfectly secured to the implants.
